Condition Description

This car has always been maintained on time and taken very seriously. After a road test, the car's power and brakes were still very strong, and the chassis support was excellent on curves and bumpy roads. Overall, it remains a high-performing vehicle. The BYD S6 was launched as a mid-size SUV to compete with the Toyota Highlander, offering both five-seater and seven-seater versions, but priced at only around 100,000 RMB, half the price of the Highlander. This shows how high the Highlander's profit margin is. The BYD S6 offers even better value in the used car market; currently, a three-year-old S6 is around 570,000 RMB, basically the price of a compact sedan. Some say that domestic cars are of poor quality. We've had our BYD S6 for several years, and apart from routine maintenance and minor scratches, we've hardly ever been to a 4S dealership. The BYD S6 is a robust and durable model. Perhaps its manufacturing process is slightly inferior to joint venture cars, but the overall quality is basically the same.

Q&A

More

Can B2C individual buyers purchase just one car as a "sample order" to test the waters?

Of course. Our system supports single unit orders. However, objectively speaking, the shipping booking fees, documentation processing fees, and customs clearance fees for a single vehicle are very high. We recommend that individual buyers calculate the total landing cost before making a decision.

Will the second-hand new energy vehicle come with a charging gun (portable charger)?

If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.

Why are the shipping costs for used electric vehicles (EVs) usually higher than for internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEs)?

Pure electric vehicles are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods due to their large lithium batteries, leading to strict shipping regulations. Shipping companies have high requirements for the loading position and fire isolation measures for dangerous goods, and some roll-on/roll-off ships refuse to accept used EVs. As a result, EVs often require more expensive special container shipping and incur additional handling fees for hazardous materials.
