Some say that domestic cars are of poor quality. We've had our BYD S6 for several years, and apart from routine maintenance and minor scratches, we've hardly ever been to a 4S dealership. The BYD S6 is a robust and durable model. Perhaps its manufacturing process is slightly inferior to joint venture cars, but the overall quality is basically the same.
