Chinese standard electric vehicles use the national standard (GB/T) charging interface. If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. Please confirm the charging station specifications in your area with our sales personnel before purchasing.

It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.

During the stationary steering test, the technician will check the smoothness of the steering wheel from full left to full right, looking for any unusual noises from the steering gear; they will also inspect the hydraulic power steering pump (if present) and the seals of the steering column for any hydraulic fluid leakage.
