The V2L output standard for domestic models in China is 220V/50Hz. If your country's power grid standard is 110V/60Hz (like in some parts of North America), you cannot directly power local high-power appliances and will need an external transformer.

As the importer, you mainly need to bear the following costs at the destination port: import duties, VAT or GST, terminal handling charges, local customs clearance fees, and inland logistics costs from the port to your company. The vehicle's wireless charging module (usually Qi protocol) is considered functional as long as it can properly sense and light up with our tested mainstream models. The seller is not responsible for charging issues caused by the buyer's personal electronic device compatibility.
