Vehicle condition meets standards; inspection passed; vehicle condition meets standards; 2 claims filed; 0 ownership transfers.
This vehicle is 10 years old, with an average annual mileage of 11,600 kilometers. It has a low frequency of daily use and has never been transferred to another owner, making it a good first-hand vehicle. There may be obvious signs of wear and tear on the exterior. The interior shows obvious signs of use or dirt. The overall body frame is intact, but there are a few abnormal issues. The power system is operating normally.
Before export, we perform a standard external wash and interior vacuuming to meet basic hygiene inspection requirements by customs. However, we do not engage in deceptive "refurbishments" (such as repainting large areas with cheap paint or using low-quality interior refurbishing agents) to preserve the vehicle's true physical condition for buyer assessment.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
Most models adjust through the central control screen menu, while a few models (like some BYD or MG) retain physical levers or paddles on the center console or steering wheel. We will check if the drag feel when the system engages is linearly normal.
