The exterior has minor scratches and damage, the interior is clean with normal wear, the frame is undamaged, the engine shows normal wear, the transmission shifts smoothly, and all electrical fluid levels are normal.
The inspection report only represents the physical condition of the vehicle at the moment the inspection was completed (down to the minute). Once the vehicle begins long-distance inland towing or international shipping, the report no longer guarantees the future condition due to drastic environmental changes.
We repeatedly confirm and emphasize to buyers before sale: after leaving mainland China, most Chinese smart electric vehicle ecosystems (such as cloud voice assistants, online maps, OTA updates) will be permanently offline. Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
