Do not use a high-pressure water gun directly! The high-pressure water can instantly damage the fragile aluminum fins of the condenser, leading to a permanent decrease in cooling efficiency. We can only use a low-pressure air gun or a soft brush for surface cleaning.

We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch. If there are any outstanding safety recalls (such as replacing Takata airbags), we will require the original owner to assist in sending it to an official 4S shop to complete the free recall work before the vehicle is deregistered.

After duty, you typically pay VAT/GST on the CIF + duty total, plus port and customs fees. Practical tips: ask your exporter to state the exact HS code on the commercial invoice and confirm it with a local customs broker before shipping. A wrong code can trigger reclassification, penalties, or delays. Also budget for any excise tax tied to engine capacity — in several markets a 2.5L car clears far cheaper than a 3.5L one.
