Exterior: 5 replaced parts, 6 panel repairs, 2 repainted areas. Interior: airbag inspection abnormal, dashboard disassembly marks, most features normal, lighting system normal. Startup test: main components normal. Tool kit: missing.

It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
If the car has been maintained at an authorized dealer, we can extract the desensitized official maintenance history (including entry time, mileage, and maintenance items) through a paid third-party data provider and provide it to you. If some year records are missing, we will honestly inform you that the "records are incomplete."
