Inspection revealed that the vehicle has been ruled out as a major accident vehicle, a flood-damaged vehicle, or a fire-damaged vehicle. The exterior has minor scratches and damage, the interior is clean with normal wear, the frame is undamaged, the engine shows normal wear, the transmission shifts smoothly, and all electrical fluid levels are normal.
Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.
If there is a minor leak in the lines due to bumps, it is possible that the cooling may not work upon arrival. This is a normal physical loss. The cost of vacuuming, pressure testing, and recharging refrigerant at a local auto repair shop is low and is the buyer's responsibility.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
