All parts are original and come with manufacturer's warranty. Maintenance has been performed at all 4S dealerships, with zero claims. We also offer a 3-year/100,000 km warranty and lifetime unlimited roadside assistance. If you're interested, you can make an appointment for a test drive. Third-party inspections are supported; you can have your vehicle inspected before purchasing. Trade-ins are welcome.
We will provide a detailed logistics and insurance cost table from the port of origin to the destination port, but since we do not have access to the rapidly changing tariff dynamics of multiple countries, we cannot provide an absolute "Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)" calculation.
This is considered a force majeure risk. We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. If the battery suffers thermal runaway total loss due to abnormal cargo hold temperatures, the insurance company will compensate.
Air suspension is very delicate. If, after the vehicle has been stationary for about 12 hours, the height on one side of the vehicle drops more than 1.5 cm when measured from the wheel arch to the tire, we will determine that there is a slight air leak in the air spring or distribution valve on that side and warn you of the high subsequent repair costs.
