Under FOB terms, booking is a legal obligation of the buyer. If your freight forwarder fails to provide the shipping order (S/O) in time, resulting in vehicles exceeding the free storage period at our warehouse or port, the buyer will have to pay the high daily storage fees before shipment.

Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.

If your market is in extremely cold regions (like Russia or Northern Europe), we strongly recommend purchasing ternary lithium (NMC) models equipped with heat pump air conditioning. The range achievement rate of used LFP batteries typically plummets at minus 15 degrees, and we will alert you accordingly.
