Once the car system (especially in a closed ecosystem) undergoes a major version upgrade, its bootloader is usually locked, preventing downgrades. We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
