[Inspector's comment] This is a standard nearly new car. The car has just passed its break-in period and its performance is at its peak. At the same time, the car is still within the warranty period provided by the original manufacturer.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
As rubber seals age, "slight oil seepage (oil stains but no dripping)" is very common in used cars and is not considered a major fault. Our recommendation is: as long as the oil level does not drop abnormally, just clean and monitor it regularly after arrival, without the need to immediately incur high costs to disassemble and replace the seals.
We will directly check the registration certificate (the big green book) and count the number of changes.
