As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. It usually refers to very small stone chips on the hood from high-speed driving, nail scratches on the inside of door handles, slight curb scratches on the edges of wheels, and minor wear on interior plastic parts. These do not affect the vehicle's functionality or corrosion resistance.

We thoroughly rule them out by checking if the cabin wiring harness is melted, if the seat belts have water stains or mold, if there is unusual rust or debris in the seat tracks and cigarette lighter, and by verifying with the insurance company for any "total loss claims." These two types of cars are an absolute sales ban for us.
