Left rear door and left rear fender were repaired with putty and paint; left front door was touched up with paint; front bumper had minor scratches; left front door had a small dent; right front fender had a small dent. The vehicle has been transferred once. Compulsory traffic accident insurance and vehicle inspection expire on January 4, 2027. Two car keys are provided.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
RoRo ships usually charge based on the vehicle's volume (length x width x height, calculated in CBM) in tiers; container shipping has a fixed compartment price. We will calculate which method is the most economical for the current sailing.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
