[Car Paint Condition] ☐ The used car industry is quite unique, and building trust is difficult. We aim to make friends with every car we sell and spread our reputation through word of mouth. A good reputation is worse than any award. We sell over 300 cars every month, a third of which are repeat purchases or referrals from existing customers. Our goal is to have a thorough understanding of each car's condition. Every vehicle comes with a third-party inspection report, maintenance records, and accident information. We also read the odometer on-site (to check the actual mileage), ensuring you buy a safe and reliable car.
Our legal red line is that the amounts on the China Customs declaration, export license, commercial invoice, and bank receipt must be consistent across all four documents. We firmly refuse to engage in the illegal act of issuing "false low-value invoices" to assist buyers in evading customs duties in the destination country.
Maintain objective expectations. Vehicles over 5 years old inevitably show signs of decreased paint gloss, slight aging of rubber seals, irreversible patina on interiors, and surface rust on chassis components. As long as core structure and mechanical failures are not involved, these are normal depreciation characteristics over time.
There are various reasons, including but not limited to: financial needs, restrictions from lottery policies, moving abroad, or dissatisfaction with certain features of the vehicle. We will ensure that the vehicle was not sold due to catastrophic failures by ruling out major accidents, water damage, and flooding.
