We solemnly promise that this car is a genuine showroom vehicle with complete documentation and is ready for immediate transfer of ownership. The car is in excellent condition; all metal parts are original, the paint is original, it's a one-owner vehicle, accident-free, water-damaged, and the mileage is accurate. Purchase includes a one-year or 20,000-kilometer warranty. Qianchi products are guaranteed to be of high quality. All vehicles in our showroom come with a third-party inspection report. Address: Qianchi Department Store, South Gate 2, Hall 3, Ruicheng Used Car Market.
If General Average is triggered, all cargo owners must share the rescue costs. If you purchased marine insurance with a "General Average included" clause under CIF terms through us, the insurance company will cover this high shared cost for you; if you are an uninsured FOB buyer, you will need to pay it yourself.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
We use an internationally certified electronic signature platform (such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign). Each signed contract generates a digital certificate with a timestamp and encrypted hash value, which has full legal defense effectiveness in international arbitration courts.
