We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.

For B2B large customer orders, a "sampling + full inspection" dual regulation is adopted. Core parameters (no major accidents, no water damage or fire) are subject to 100% inspection per vehicle; appearance and condition are uniformly graded (e.g., uniformly purchasing Grade A), and panoramic images of all vehicles in the batch along with a core indicators comparison list are provided before shipment.
