Vehicles sold domestically in China only have the "Environmental Information List" and the "Vehicle Qualification Certificate," which are not the COC of the European system. Most leading Chinese brands' car systems support "offline voice commands" (like adjusting temperature and opening windows). However, if recognition fails due to accent or language limitations (only standard Chinese is supported), you can always control it via the physical screen.

The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
