Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.

The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

The third-party data service providers we connect to legally access the Chinese Public Security Traffic Management Platform, the insurance claims network directly under the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the after-sales databases of major automotive manufacturers. We perform secondary logical verification based on this underlying data.
