Excluding the roof, all bodywork and paintwork was done on the A-pillar, engine oil leak, replacement of the service belt, replacement of the front bumper beam, radiator support frame, radiator, right front headlight, hood, left front fender, and right front fender inner sheet metal. Airbags were deployed and front seatbelts were replaced. The odometer was tampered with; the vehicle is 23 years old and has 130,000 kilometers on it.
The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

Shipping companies have high requirements for the loading position and fire isolation measures for dangerous goods, and some roll-on/roll-off ships refuse to accept used EVs. As a result, EVs often require more expensive special container shipping and incur additional handling fees for hazardous materials.
To prevent intermittent failures due to aging of the resistance wire, we will start the engine and set the seat heating/ventilation to maximum for at least 5 minutes, confirming significant temperature changes or airflow output in the cushion and backrest using an infrared thermometer or body sensor.
