We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch. If there are any outstanding safety recalls (such as replacing Takata airbags), we will require the original owner to assist in sending it to an official 4S shop to complete the free recall work before the vehicle is deregistered.

It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. Strict definition: All metal body parts (doors, hood, fenders) and the frame must retain the original factory paint, with uniform paint thickness readings. Minor touch-ups or replacements of plastic bumpers, as they do not affect metal corrosion protection and vehicle structure, can still be classified as "original paint" in a broad sense, but we will separately note the condition of the bumper.
