Condition guarantees: no accident, no flood or fire damage, no structural repairs, supported by a third-party inspection report referenced in the contract. 3. Price and Incoterm: total amount, currency, the named port, and whether freight and insurance are included. 4. Payment schedule: e.g., 20–30% deposit after contract signing, balance against copy of the Bill of Lading. Avoid 100% upfront. Use T/T to the company's corporate bank account only — never a personal account. 5. Timeline: inspection date, estimated loading date, and latest shipment date, with remedies if delayed. 6. Dispute clause: governing law and arbitration (CIETAC or your local chamber) rather than foreign court litigation. Ask for the contract in English (or bilingual) with the supplier's company chop. A company that refuses a written contract or pushes for full prepayment is a red flag.

Cross-border after-sales support mainly comes from three channels: 1. Contract terms: Reputable exporters commit in the sales contract to engine and gearbox coverage for 30 days after pickup, excluding wear-and-tear items. Get this in writing before paying. 2. Inspection report: The pre-shipment inspection report is your baseline. If the car arrives with problems that contradict the report (e.g., hidden accident damage not disclosed), you can file a claim against it. 3. Parts supply: For mainstream Chinese brands, spare parts channels exist in Russia, Central Asia, the Gulf, and Africa. Many exporters will help you source and ship parts after delivery. Practical tips: inspect the car on arrival and photograph everything; report any issue in writing within 48 hours; keep all shipping documents. Claims filed weeks later are hard to prove.

Our delivery standard is 'As-Is'. If the original owner only hands over one key at the time of collection, the report will clearly state 'Keys: 1'. Do not assume that all used cars come with two keys, as the cost of reprogramming smart keys overseas is very high.
