For test drives, please contact our sales staff in advance to verify vehicle availability to avoid inconvenience. 2. Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as purchase and sale, trade-in, consignment, appraisal, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain an inventory of over 1200 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Worry-free after-sales service: one-year/20,000 km warranty (based on the original warranty). Transparent vehicle condition, premium service, and worry-free consumption. Our freight rate quotes have a clear validity period. If the buyer delays the deposit payment and misses the scheduled price lock, the GRI (General Rate Increase) charged by the shipping company must be fully covered by the buyer before booking and loading can be arranged.
Vehicles sold domestically in China only have the "Environmental Information List" and the "Vehicle Qualification Certificate," which are not the COC of the European system. We will provide a notarized English translation of the Chinese qualification certificate. If local customs strictly require the original European COC, the vehicle will not be able to clear customs.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
