We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

Always rely on the original factory network data from the 4S store. Third-party platforms may have delays or errors when capturing data (such as incorrect VIN entry). In case of a conflict, we rely on physical verification of the actual vehicle to resolve the data discrepancies.

We do not rely on the seller's verbal assurances. We provide multi-dimensional accident-free certification by cross-referencing insurance claims records, service orders from authorized dealerships, and conducting on-site paint thickness measurements and weld point inspections of the chassis and structural components (longitudinal beams, A/B/C pillars, shock absorber mounts).
