Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as purchase and sale, trade-in, consignment, appraisal, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain a stock of over 1500 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Worry-free after-sales service: one-year/20,000 km warranty (based on the original vehicle's warranty). Transparent vehicle condition, premium service, and worry-free consumption. 5. Dah Chong Hong offers a 3-day return policy, a 7-day exchange policy, and lifetime free oil changes for vehicles on the second floor! (Subject to the vehicle purchase contract.) The platform has strict internal outbound inspections. If buyers need, we can assist you in commissioning an independent third-party evaluation agency (such as Cha Doctor, Dongche Di official testing, etc.) for re-inspection, with costs borne by the buyer. An independent report can provide more credibility for your local resale.
Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
Our legal delivery milestone is based on the "Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)". As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. The uncontrollability of maritime transport must be factored into your expectations.
