As the importer, you mainly need to bear the following costs at the destination port: import duties, VAT or GST, terminal handling charges, local customs clearance fees, and inland logistics costs from the port to your company. Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.

Our system provides basic risk alerts based on the general regulations of the main exporting countries, but the final responsibility for confirming whether the vehicle meets the import country's regulations lies with the buyer. We will rigorously indicate the vehicle's production year, first registration date, and Chinese emission standards (such as National V, National VI) on the details page. We recommend that you submit this accurate data to the local vehicle management department or customs agent for verification before placing an order.
