Interior: most functions normal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instruments normal, lighting system normal. Start-up inspection: main components normal. Onboard tools: none.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
