The vehicle was first registered in November 2021 and currently has an odometer reading of 35,000 kilometers. The exterior is in original paint and is in perfect condition. The interior is clean, and the vehicle's systems are functioning normally. The engine and transmission are operating well, and the chassis is compact. The vehicle is available for third-party inspection and meets export standards.
It completely falls under force majeure. After the delivery is completed (crossing the ship's rail) under FOB or CIF terms, the seller (us) bears no liability for refunds or compensation due to political risks or legal changes in the destination country that hinder customs clearance or lead to confiscation.
Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
