Body components (structural/reinforcing/panels) have accident-type damage; passive safety devices are defective; vehicle performance (including three-electric system) is degraded or remains performance-limited after repairs.
Accident inspection: main structure undamaged, reinforcing parts damaged, panels damaged, hinges normal; engine bay: key mechanical components normal; exterior: 1 area of sheet metal repair; interior: most features normal, airbag check normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument check normal, lighting system normal; start-up check: main components normal; on-board tools: none.
The inspection report only represents the physical condition of the vehicle at the moment the inspection was completed (down to the minute). Once the vehicle begins long-distance inland towing or international shipping, the report no longer guarantees the future condition due to drastic environmental changes.
It completely falls under force majeure. After the delivery is completed (crossing the ship's rail) under FOB or CIF terms, the seller (us) bears no liability for refunds or compensation due to political risks or legal changes in the destination country that hinder customs clearance or lead to confiscation.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
