Exterior: 4 areas of sheet metal repair. Interior: most features normal, airbag inspection normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument cluster normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: main components normal. Onboard tools: spare tire present.
Air suspension is very delicate. If, after the vehicle has been stationary for about 12 hours, the height on one side of the vehicle drops more than 1.5 cm when measured from the wheel arch to the tire, we will determine that there is a slight air leak in the air spring or distribution valve on that side and warn you of the high subsequent repair costs.
This is a common issue with sea transport. If the vehicle is parked at a humid dock, the EPB can easily rust to the brake disc. In addition to testing its release before shipping, we try to ask dock workers to secure the wheels with chocks instead of fully engaging the electronic parking brake.
Maintain objective expectations. Vehicles over 5 years old inevitably show signs of decreased paint gloss, slight aging of rubber seals, irreversible patina on interiors, and surface rust on chassis components. As long as core structure and mechanical failures are not involved, these are normal depreciation characteristics over time.
