The V2L output standard for domestic models in China is 220V/50Hz. If your country's power grid standard is 110V/60Hz (like in some parts of North America), you cannot directly power local high-power appliances and will need an external transformer.

It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. If your remitting bank requires verification of the transaction's authenticity, we will promptly provide: a commercial invoice (PI) signed and stamped by both parties, a scanned copy of the vehicle purchase contract, and our legal export enterprise registration certificate from the Ministry of Commerce in China.
