As the importer, you mainly need to bear the following costs at the destination port: import duties, VAT or GST, terminal handling charges, local customs clearance fees, and inland logistics costs from the port to your company. Basic perception functions (like Adaptive Cruise Control ACC, Lane Keeping Assist LKA, and Automatic Emergency Braking AEB) rely on the vehicle's local radar and cameras, and can operate normally overseas. However, advanced features that heavily depend on high-precision maps and cloud data (like Navigation on Autopilot NOA and Full Self-Driving FSD) cannot be activated overseas.

Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
