Vehicle condition meets standards, passed inspection, good condition, 1 claim filed, 2 ownership transfers.
This vehicle is 9 years old, with an average annual mileage of 6,600 kilometers. It has been used infrequently and has been transferred to another owner twice. There may be obvious signs of wear and tear on the exterior. The interior shows obvious signs of use or dirt. The overall body frame is intact, but there are a few abnormal issues. The powertrain is functioning normally.
We maintain an absolute skeptical attitude. In addition to regular visual inspections, we focus on checking for sediment accumulation around the sunroof drainage channels and look for water stains under the A-pillar trim and front floor mats. This is the only effective physical evidence to determine if the sunroof drainage holes are blocked, leading to hidden leaks.
We use two steps: 1. Insert a medical-grade endoscope through the spark plug hole to visually inspect cylinder wall scratches and carbon buildup on the piston top; 2. Extract an engine oil sample to check for large metal debris or emulsification (caused by coolant leakage).
For older vehicles or those used in high temperature and humidity areas, we will focus on opening the hood to check if the insulation of the wiring harness in the high-temperature area of the engine compartment is cracked or brittle, to identify potential short circuit risks that could lead to spontaneous combustion.
