All vehicles sold have undergone comprehensive inspection and cleaning, ensuring that all functions of the vehicle's infotainment system are working properly. Weidelu Auto prioritizes customer interests in all its actions and avoids excessive marketing!
Most basic maintenance reminder lights (like for changing the air conditioning filter) can be manually cleared using a combination of steering wheel buttons or through the engineering mode on the central control screen. We will provide internal guidance manuals for these hidden operations to our B2B clients.
For dealers who purchase the same brand models in bulk over a long term, we can coordinate senior technicians domestically to offer paid, regular Zoom video technical Q&A to resolve the issues you encounter locally.
This is considered a force majeure risk. We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. If the battery suffers thermal runaway total loss due to abnormal cargo hold temperatures, the insurance company will compensate.
