We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

We can only infer from the existing connected maintenance records. If the records show continuity and adhere to the recommended maintenance schedule, we will assign a high credit score; if there are gaps of tens of thousands of kilometers, we will assume it was not well maintained during that period and alert you.

As long as you provide us with a genuine and valid bank SWIFT MT103 wire transfer message (receipt) within the payment deadline specified in the contract, we will reserve the vehicle and continue with the port operations, even if the funds are held up in the intermediary bank for several days.
