Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as purchase and sale, trade-in, consignment, appraisal, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain a stock of over 1200 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Dah Chong Hong offers a 3-day return policy, a 7-day exchange policy, and lifetime free oil changes for vehicles on the second floor! (Subject to the vehicle purchase contract.) We mainly collaborate with professional organizations certified by China's national CMA (Certification of Inspection and Testing Institutions). If you need the highest level of international endorsement, we can arrange for independent inspection agencies like SGS or TÜV to conduct Pre-Shipment Inspections (PSI) before loading at the port.
The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
Vehicles sold domestically in China only have the "Environmental Information List" and the "Vehicle Qualification Certificate," which are not the COC of the European system. We will provide a notarized English translation of the Chinese qualification certificate. If local customs strictly require the original European COC, the vehicle will not be able to clear customs.
