Safety indicator lights are normal; passive safety features such as airbags are in good working order; all electronic components are functioning properly; and both static and dynamic equipment are complete. Driving the vehicle is smooth and efficient, with no issues with ignition, starting, acceleration, cornering, deceleration, or braking. Acceleration is rapid, and power output is smooth and comfortable, with no idling vibration. Overall, the vehicle's condition is fair. The body frame structure shows no deformation or twisting, and there are no signs of fire or water damage. There are signs of repainting, but the overall paint is in good condition, ruling out major accidents. It offers good visibility, a spacious, bright, and well-ventilated interior, making it suitable for family use.

Q&A

More

Can the buyer request the internal resistance test data of the battery pack at different state of charge (SOC) levels?

Obtaining precise internal resistance at different SOC levels requires disassembling the battery pack and connecting it to a professional charge-discharge cabinet for several days of cycling tests. This is beyond the scope of non-destructive used car inspections; we only provide real-time estimated internal resistance data based on OBD port readings.

Will protective measures against rain or sun be taken for vehicles parked outdoors while waiting to be loaded at the port?

The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.

Are there specific photos or reports from the lift perspective regarding the concealed parts of the chassis (such as the suspension system and shock absorber leaks)?

Definitely. Lifting the chassis is a mandatory part of our standards. The report will specifically show whether there are oil stains on the front and rear shock absorber cylinders, if the rubber boots of the lower control arm ball joints are torn, and if the steering tie rods are loose or deformed.
