As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. Before shipping, have all traffic violation records for the vehicle in China been cleared?

100% guaranteed. This is the legal prerequisite for the export of used cars allowed by Chinese customs and the Ministry of Commerce. Any vehicle with unresolved traffic violations (fines/demerits) cannot complete the deregistration process at the traffic management bureau, and therefore cannot obtain a legal export license.

After the vehicle arrived at the port, it was found that the rubber parts of the chassis (such as dust covers and engine mounts) had extensive cracking. Does this fall under the compensation for "certain repair parts compensation"?
