For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.

Absolutely not. The aging and cracking of rubber parts are inevitable over time and are a normal manifestation of vehicle depreciation. Our compensation only covers sudden and catastrophic mechanical failures, such as engine cylinder scoring or transmission gear breakage.

It completely falls under force majeure. After the delivery is completed (crossing the ship's rail) under FOB or CIF terms, the seller (us) bears no liability for refunds or compensation due to political risks or legal changes in the destination country that hinder customs clearance or lead to confiscation.
