The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Absolutely prohibited. Chinese customs requires a "bare car" declaration for used car exports. If undeclared goods are found inside the vehicle, it could lead to inspection and detention, or even smuggling charges. We refuse any form of concealment requests.
As rubber seals age, "slight oil seepage (oil stains but no dripping)" is very common in used cars and is not considered a major fault. Our recommendation is: as long as the oil level does not drop abnormally, just clean and monitor it regularly after arrival, without the need to immediately incur high costs to disassemble and replace the seals.
