The car has been involved in a rear-end collision, so the tailgate and rear spoiler have been replaced. The hood is untouched. The lower left radiator support has some damage and is slightly deformed. It's a one-owner vehicle, registered under our shop's name, and has no insurance.
The storage area at the roll-on/roll-off terminal is entirely outdoors, which is standard practice at ports worldwide. During the few days vehicles wait to be loaded, they will inevitably be exposed to sun and rain and accumulate dust. We will not provide custom car covers as this would significantly hinder the efficiency of dock workers moving vehicles.
If the original owner included the factory slow charger, we will package and ship it together; if it's lost, the platform does not provide it. Note that the factory plug is a Chinese three-prong socket, and an adapter is needed overseas.
Yes. The inspection report includes a specific "consumable parts consumption list." We will measure the tire tread depth (in millimeters) and the remaining brake pad thickness using calipers. If the tire tread is below the legal wear limit of 1.6mm, we will note it as "recommended to replace immediately upon arrival."
