We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.

The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.

We are only responsible for delivering the goods to your designated transshipment port (such as Jebel Ali Port in Dubai). The warehousing fees, customs clearance fees, and storage fees for re-export within the free trade zone need to be calculated separately with local freight forwarders.
