It comes with a three-year/100,000 km warranty, no history of accidents, flooding, or fire damage; zero claims history; and maintenance is done at our 4S dealerships. Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
Odors are difficult to convey through images, so our quality inspectors conduct subjective smell assessments and record them. For vehicles with severe smoke or mold odors, if deep ozone sterilization is ineffective, we will downgrade the vehicle and mark the report with a red "Odor Warning" at the top.
RoRo ships usually charge based on the vehicle's volume (length x width x height, calculated in CBM) in tiers; container shipping has a fixed compartment price. We will calculate which method is the most economical for the current sailing.
