The platform has strict internal outbound inspections. If buyers need, we can assist you in commissioning an independent third-party evaluation agency (such as Cha Doctor, Dongche Di official testing, etc.) for re-inspection, with costs borne by the buyer. This is considered a force majeure risk. We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. If the battery suffers thermal runaway total loss due to abnormal cargo hold temperatures, the insurance company will compensate.
We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.
