The original Chinese license plates are obscured to protect the previous owner's personal privacy, and also because the plates have been forcibly reclaimed by Chinese traffic management after the vehicle completed the "transfer pending export" registration. Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.

If the inspection is conducted by a third party appointed by us, we will be the primary responsible party and provide limited compensation to you, after which we will seek reimbursement from the inspection agency; if the inspection agency is designated by you personally (such as SGS), you will need to file a claim directly with that agency according to its service terms.
