Air vents were damaged after the claim; they are not currently in stock and will be available upon request. The taillights are broken and have been purchased online; photos of the broken taillights are in other pictures. A charging gun is not included. Compulsory traffic insurance expires on January 18, 2027. Maintenance was just done; it should run 5000km without problems. Annual inspection is due on January 28.
4S dealership records are directly connected to the manufacturer's database, making the data hard to tamper with and the most reliable, with original parts guaranteed; third-party repair shops usually are not connected, making their data unverifiable. Therefore, we only consider the connected records from 4S dealerships as valid historical documentation.
We understand that the power battery is the core asset of an EV. Before export, our technical team will use professional OBD diagnostic equipment to read the underlying data from the Battery Management System (BMS). We will provide you with a technical report that includes key indicators such as battery health percentage (SOH), cell pressure differences, and charge-discharge cycle counts. If the SOH is below our established export safety standard (usually above 80%, depending on the vehicle's age), the vehicle will be intercepted and not sent overseas.
Most basic maintenance reminder lights (like for changing the air conditioning filter) can be manually cleared using a combination of steering wheel buttons or through the engineering mode on the central control screen. We will provide internal guidance manuals for these hidden operations to our B2B clients.
