Vehicle performance is good. Structural, reinforcing, and outer panels have no accident-related damage or repairs. High-voltage battery, drive motor, and electronic control system have no damage.
Accident inspection: main structure, reinforcing parts, outer panels, and hinges are normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components are normal. Exterior: no issues. Interior: most features are normal; airbags, seatbelts, dashboard, instruments, and lighting system are normal. Startup inspection: major components are normal. Onboard tools: none.
Verify if the vehicle model is within the manufacturer's EU certification scope. If not, contact the certification company for single model certification; otherwise, it cannot be registered in Europe.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
