Accident inspection: main structure, reinforcement parts, covering parts, and hinges all normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components normal. Exterior: no issues. Interior: most features normal, airbags, seatbelts, dashboard, instruments, and lighting system normal. Startup test: main components normal. No issues with onboard tools.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
Before export, we perform a standard external wash and interior vacuuming to meet basic hygiene inspection requirements by customs. However, we do not engage in deceptive "refurbishments" (such as repainting large areas with cheap paint or using low-quality interior refurbishing agents) to preserve the vehicle's true physical condition for buyer assessment.
Do not use a high-pressure water gun directly! The high-pressure water can instantly damage the fragile aluminum fins of the condenser, leading to a permanent decrease in cooling efficiency. We can only use a low-pressure air gun or a soft brush for surface cleaning.
