Vehicle condition meets standards, passed inspection, good condition, 3 claims filed, 4 ownership transfers.
This vehicle is 9 years old, with an average annual mileage of 14,500 kilometers, typical daily family use, and has been transferred 4 times. The exterior may have obvious signs of wear and tear; the interior shows obvious signs of use or dirt; the overall body frame is intact, but there are a few abnormal issues; the powertrain is functioning normally.
The technician will check the production date codes and brand logos in the lower left corner of all the car's glass (including the windshield, four doors, and rear window) to see if they match the vehicle's factory date on the nameplate. If any glass is found to have a date later than the vehicle's production date, it will be recorded as evidence of a "previous damage replacement."
The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
