The vehicle registration certificate for the installment car hasn't arrived yet; other documents have been uploaded, and the records have been uploaded. Two keys have been installed. A taillight has been replaced, and the right rear fender has been repainted.
We will provide the transfer record from the vehicle registration certificate. A high number of transfers does not necessarily indicate poor condition (for example, internal transfers within a family for quota purposes), but we will consider it a risk factor and conduct a more thorough physical inspection to verify its actual condition.
The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
We cannot privately forge or re-stamp the original vehicle nameplate (this is illegal). If the nameplate is unclear, we will rely on the clear VIN on the windshield and the engine stamp as supplementary proof, and we will warn you of this risk before shipping.
